An eclectic collection of creativity from micro-fiction,
through flash fiction and a little poetry, to short stories.
I have found many reasons to write, apart from maintaining some form of sanity in my dotage. Competitions, with themes or without; webzines that crave submissions to build their volumes of creativity; current affairs that inspire some inner response; moods of cheer and darkness or some simple trigger of a family event, local happening or casual comment. Tales from a few words of flash fiction to short stories of greater length, some thought fit for others to publish, some that suffered rejection, but still bear sufficient creativity in my eyes for others to read. And the combination of all has produced the three collections highlighted on this page, with a potpourri of genres and styles – a lucky dip for those who like a quick read to fill those few moments of personal space we all crave, from time to time.
